LIHU‘E — On two separate bench warrants for cases in two separate years, Ryan Keola Kaui tops the Most Wanted list.
He is Native Hawaiian, 30, is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Kapa‘a. He is wanted on two bench warrants for violations of deferred acceptance of guilty pleas involving court cases in 2007 and 2008, and his total bail is $10,000.
Shane Carmen Fann, 28, is white, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair and was last known to be homeless in the Kapa‘a area.
He is wanted on two grand jury warrants, for separate cases this year: first-degree escape and second-degree criminal property damage in one case, and third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, unlawful use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, theft and forgery of a credit card, and unauthorized possession of personal, confidential information, in the second case. His total bail is $5,100.
Traci Sue Jones, 41, the first of two women on this week’s Most Wanted list, is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 250 pounds, has brown eyes and red or auburn hair and a last known address in Anahola.
She is wanted on five bench warrants, four for criminal contempt of court and the last for revocation or modification of probation. Her total bail is $4,400.
Jeddy Vic Garcia Fernandez, 29, is Filipino, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Kapa‘a. He is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court, and his total bail is $3,000.
Verna Huddy, 43, is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair and a last known address in Kapa‘a. She is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court, and her total bail is $2,800.
