LIHU‘E — Kaua‘i Police Department officers say they are looking for a 21-year-old who already has a long criminal record.
Akoni Joseph Davis, 21, is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, is Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes and was once arrested in a home full of drugs and paraphernalia on Lala Road across from Kaua‘i High School in Lihu‘e.
His last known address is unknown. He is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court, and his total bail is $50,500.
Zion Micah Harada, 34, with a last known address in Hanalei, was the subject of an earlier county press release when he crashed his car on the North Shore and was subsequently arrested on a variety of charges.
He is Native Hawaiian, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 220 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted on three bench warrants for revocation or modification of probation, and his total bail is $15,000.
New to the Most Wanted list this week is James Oriville Williams, 35, who is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds and has a last known address in Lihu‘e.
He has hazel eyes and red or auburn hair, and is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court and revocation or modification of probation. His total bail is $11,000.
Rory Clay Stuhff, 32, is white, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and was last known to be homeless in the Kapa‘a area. He has brown hair and brown eyes, and may have a mustache and goatee.
He is wanted on a bench warrant for criminal contempt of court, and his bail is $5,000.
Esther Minerva Kuhaulua is the lone wanted woman, 36, Native Hawaiian, 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 216 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and was last known to be homeless in Kapa‘a.
She is wanted on a bench warrant for criminal contempt of court. Her bail is $3,000.
