Kukui‘Ula Village, Po‘ipu
Koloa School students made 13 projects using recycled materials with sustainable choices to celebrate Earth Day Wednesday at Koloa School. The school today hosts a Recycled Art Show Exhibit featuring all of the artwork in a display across from the James Hoyle Gallery where all can meet the young artists. The exhibit will also be available for viewing noon to 3 p.m. Saturday.
Koloa School is raising funds to provide improvements for a current play structure that is in disrepair. The school is working to secure $12,000 for the outdoor flooring and has already raised $5,000. For more information call 742-8460.
