WAILUA — Kaua‘i police along with personnel from the Honolulu Police Department Special Services Division including two search dogs and their handlers and a supervisor began searching at around 8 this morning for Ryan Soper, a 26-year-old Utah man, who

They found a body above Secret Falls at around noon with the assistance of visitors in the area and are in the process of retrieving the body.

Police have tentatively identified him as Soper based on the clothing description given by family members.
