Marsha Scarbrough, author of “Medicine Dance: One woman’s healing journey into the world of Native American sweat lodges, drumming meditations and dance fasts,” will be on Kaua‘i for a book signing and series of presentations throughout the month of April.
Scarbrough takes readers on a fast-paced adventure of inner exploration sharing the wisdom gained by participating in shamanic rituals with Native American mystic and healer Beautiful Painted Arrow/Joseph Rael, and illustrates the relevance of these ancient teachings to modern life.
From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, meet the author at Talk Story Bookstore in Hanapepe for a signing and discussion.
