Yasu Yamasato
Mrs. Yasu Yamasato of Kapa‘a died March 25, 2010, at age 98. She was born on July 18, 1911, in Haneji, Okinawa.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Toshio Yamasato, and daughter Florinda Fujii.
She is survived by her son Maurice “Manuel” (Jeanie) Yamasato of Honolulu; daughters Kimiko “Kimi” (Yasuo) Takamiya of Makawao, Maui, Eiko Akama of Ewa Beach, Rosa (Carl) Yomogida of Mililani, Fumiko (Dr. Dennis) Crowley of Honolulu, Margaret “Margo” (Leslie) Hashimoto of Lihu‘e, Mary (Clyde) Morimoto of Pukalani, Maui; son-in-law Arnold Fujii of Lihu‘e; sister Toshiko Nakaima of Okinawa; 19 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation at 11 a.m., memorial service at noon, on Sunday, April 11, at Hosoi Mortuary in Honolulu.
Erik Sorensen
Erik Marinas Sorensen of Hanapepe died March 25, 2010, at Kaua‘i Veterans Memorial Hospital at age 21. Born on June 13, 1988, in San Diego, he was a student.
He is survived by his mother Kelli Stratton; father Cliff Sorensen; sister Bridget Sorensen; brother Dustin (Brenna) Stratton; grandparents, cousins and numerous friends.
Celebration of life from 1 p.m. till pau, on Saturday, April 3, at Salt Pond Beach Park.
Casual attire is suggested and the family requests that flowers be omitted.

Elfreide Ryan
Elfreide “Freida” Wanda Ryan died March 26, 2010, at the Regency at Puakea at age 86. Born on May 10, 1923, in Germany, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughter Sheila (Robert) Lusby of Anahola; grandsons Darren Rose of Anahola and David Rose of Colorado; and two great-grandchildren.
Celebration of life at 2 p.m., on Friday, April 3, at the Regency at Puakea.

Dionecio Agor
Dionecio O. Agor of Kekaha died March 24, 2010, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at age 81. Born on May 25, 1928, in ‘Ele‘ele, he was a mechanic and truck driver for Kekaha Plantation.
He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Villanueva-Agor, son Paul Agor and daughter Virginia “Ginny” Agor.
He is survived by his daughters Marcelina Agor-Idica, Claudia (Michael) Murray, Becky (Mel) Morris, Lorraine (Agor) (Michael) Hefferman, Analani Agor and Donna Apo; sons Ronald (Anne) Agor, Anthony (Lei) Agor, Nicholis (Lynn) Agor and Shawn (Tammy) Agor; brother Victor (Minda) Agor; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation and viewing from 9 to 10 a.m., service from 10 to 11 a.m., on Friday, April 2, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kalaheo. Burial to follow at Kekaha Public Cemetery.

Thomas “Pete” Weston Peterson of Kapa‘a died March 25, 2010, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at age 77. Born on Nov. 2, 1932, in Hollywood, Calif., he retired as a district sales manager with Sante Fe Railway.
He was preceded in death by his grandson Keith Przymus.
He is survived by his wife Nina Peterson; son Greg (Joanna) Peterson of Arkansas; daughters Doris (Patrick) Przymus of Nebraska and Laurie (Steve) DeLatorre of California; sister Marilyn Edwards of California; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services at 1 p.m., on Monday, April 5, at Kapa‘a Missionary Church.

Alan Morimoto
Alan Katsumi Morimoto of Kapa‘a died March 27, 2010, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at age 74. Born on Aug. 21, 1935, in Waimea, Kaua‘i, he retired as the chief technician with Garden Isle Cablevision.
He was preceded in death by his father Kazuyoshi Morimoto and mother Harue Morimoto.
He is survived by his wife Shirley (Kakehi) Morimoto of Kapa‘a; son Terance (Rebecca Morales) Morimoto of Kapa‘a; brothers Robert (Florence Fujita) Morimoto of Hawai‘i Kai; Jerry (Susan Chikahiro) Morimoto of Kekaha; Roy (Sharlene Seto) Morimoto of Waimea and Glenn (Cheryl Arashiro) Morimoto of Kekaha; sisters Janet (Keiji) Kukino of Kaneohe and Leatrice (Wayne) Tanaka; seven sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., service at 11:30 a.m., on Wednesday, April 7, at Garden Island Mortuary Chapel.

Reynaldo B. Aguinaldo of Koloa died March 28, 2010, at his home at age 66. Born on Feb. 24, 1944, in the Philippines, he was a retired grounds maintenance worker for Kiahuna Golf Course.
He is survived by his wife Evangeline Aguinaldo; sons Jeffrey (Nicolette) Aguinaldo and Leonard Aguinaldo; daughter Nohelani (Curt) Fune Jr.; four grandchildren; sisters Cynthia (Jacobino) Palalay and Raquel (Victorino) Aranda; brothers Romy (Linda) Aguinaldo and Anthony Aguinaldo; parents Floro and Flora Aguinaldo; parents-in-law Arsenio and Isabel Domingo; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation from 6 to 9 p.m., on Friday, April 9, at Borthwick Kaua‘i Mortuary Chapel in Koloa. Visitation again from 8:30 to 10:15 a.m., Mass at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, April 10, at St. Raphael’s Church in Koloa. Burial to follow at St. Raphael’s Church Cemetery.
