Warren Carroll Grafton
Warren Carroll Grafton of Kilauea died Dec. 22, 2009, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at age 89. Born July 4, 1920, in Fullerton, La., he was a retired Naval Commander.
He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Grafton, and son Patrick Grafton.
He is survived by his daughter Carroll Gerow; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Celebration of life will be at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Jan. 2, at Hanalei Pier. Casual attire is suggested.
Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home assisted the Gerow family with arrangements.

Dorothy Ann Yatsuoka of Hanama‘ulu died Dec. 26, 2009, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at age 64. She was born on Dec. 29, 1944.
She was preceded in death by her parents Nomi Carlos and Nora Dias, and her husband Naoto Yatsuoka.
She is survived by her companion Stanley Anahori of Hanama‘ulu; son Rick (Renette) Garma III of Hanama‘ulu; daughters Kathy (Kepa) McCarthy of Lihu‘e, Debbie “Tootie” (Edward) Batara of Hanama‘ulu and Stacie (Kaleo) Smith of Wailua; sister Lisa Garma of Wailua; brothers Norman (Lourdes) Carlos of Kapa‘a; Willy (Radic) Carlos of Wailua and Sal (Belle) Talha of California; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation at 9 a.m., services at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010, at King’s Chapel in ‘Ele‘ele.
