LIHU‘E — Cayla Brie Bailey, 25, who may also be known as Cayla Mejia, is wanted on three bench warrants totaling $11,000, and has a last known address in Kailua, O‘ahu.
She is atop this week’s Most Wanted list, sought by Kaua‘i Police Department after two separate arrests this year on outside assists (where law-enforcement personnel arrest someone wanted for alleged crimes committed in another jurisdiction), and for criminal contempt of court.
Bailey is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 158 pounds, and is white with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Also sought is Ronald Antonio Villanueva, 31, who is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 188 pounds and is Filipino with brown hair and brown eyes.
His last known address was in Kaumakani.
He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for two counts of third-degree sexual assault.
His bail is $10,000.
Li‘i Kaimana Damon Jack Cook, 25, is a Native Hawaiian 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 154 pounds with a last known address in Kapa‘a.
His bail is $5,000, and he is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree theft, and two counts of theft or forgery of a credit card.
Guy Kaleo Holt, 45, is 6 feet tall, weighs 208 pounds, and is white with brown hair and brown eyes.
He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for second-degree assault.
His bail is $2,000.
Samuel Kanehekilimakao Lanning, 36, is 6 feet tall and weighs 210 pounds.
He is Native Hawaiian, with black hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Kalaheo.
He may have a beard and mustache.
He is wanted on an arrest warrant from the Hawai‘i Paroling Authority for violating terms and conditions of parole.
There is no bail.
