Kaua‘i’s Most Wanted

LIHU‘E — Citizen tips continue to lead to the removal of Kauaians from the Kaua‘i Police Department’s list of most wanted criminals, said KPD Lt. Sherwin Kaleo Perez.

From last week’s list, information was received and confirmed that Larry Perreira is incarcerated at the Federal Detention Center on O‘ahu, and Jesse Kaliko Rivera is attending a drug-rehabilitation program also on O‘ahu, said Perez, with the KPD Patrol Services Bureau.

From last week’s list of 20 people wanted on various bench warrants, Felix Cadiz turned himself in, and information was received that Edward Byrd moved to the Big Island. The bench warrant for Jeffrey Clark was recalled by the court, said Perez.

This week, among the five most wanted is Hurley Anthony Kihepon Haiku, 48, with a last known address of Lihu‘e. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair and is of native Hawaiian ancestry. Known aliases are Hurly Anthony Haiku, Hurley Haiku, Pono Haiku and Hurley Anthony Haiku.

He is wanted on a grand-jury bench warrant for promoting a dangerous drug in the second degree, and his bail is $5,000.

Mark Edward Lundblade, 52, with a last known address in Hanalei, is 6 feet 2 inches tall, 170 pounds, is white, and has blue eyes and brown hair. Among his known aliases is Mark Edward. He is wanted on four bench warrants, all for criminal contempt of court for failure to appear in court, with a total bail of $13,300.

Joseph Francis O’Rourke, 34, with a last known address in Koloa, is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, is white, and has blue eyes and blond or strawberry hair. He is wanted on a parole violation, and no bail has been set.

Shauday Pulelehua Ragudo is the lone female being sought this week, is 23, and 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds. She is Filipino with hazel eyes and brown hair. Her known aliases are Shauday P. Ragudo and Shaudy Ragudo. She is wanted on a bench warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for a jury-trial call, and her bail is $40,000.

Darrell Ray Thomas, 41, with a last known address in Kapa‘a, is white, 6 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 220 pounds and has blue eyes and blond or strawberry hair. He is wanted on two bench warrants for contempt of court for failure to appear in court, and a grand-jury bench warrant charging him with second-degree theft. His total bail is $5,700.

Additionally, the following were arrested on various bench warrants recently:

Zach Naea, 24, of Kapa‘a, on grand-jury warrants for second-degree promotion of marijuana, unlawful use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, and third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug;

Adam Ramson, 20, of Lihu‘e, for contempt of court and failure to appear in court;

Travis Lizama, 28, of Kapa‘a, for criminal contempt of court and failure to appear in court;

Joshua Yokoyama, 20, of Anahola, for criminal contempt of court and failure to appear in court;

Richard Hoaglin, 39, of Princeville, for criminal contempt of court (two counts);

Gerald Hulama, 30, of Koloa, for criminal contempt of court;

Bryan Guerrero, 28, of Lihu‘e, for criminal contempt of court.
