Micah Mizukami, piano student of Lois Ricciardi, will perform a senior recital of the following pieces: Mozart Sonata in E-Flat; Mozart’s famous third movement Rondo Alla Turca, George Telemann’s Fantasia; Pachelbel’s Canon in D and contemporary works by Wiliam Gillock, Tom Gerou and a Japanese piece called Houki Boshi.
Micah has been a student of Lois Ricciardi for six years. Mizukami will perform with school mates also from Kaua‘i High School, singer Hannah Pierce and pianist Mele Ng. The public is invited to attend this free recital. For more information call Ricciardi, 822-5633.

Color your world with reading this summer by joining Princeville Public Library’s free Children’s and Young Adults’ Summer Reading Programs and receive weekly prizes. Both programs run through mid-July. The children’s program, “Color Your World with Reading,” is open to pre-schoolers through students entering sixth grade.
