There were two holes-in-one at the Kiahuna Golf Club recently, as Ted Seela accomplished the rare feat on Friday, May 9. Then, the very next day, Jeff Murguia sank one off the tee, as well.
Seela, 65, from Kapa‘a, used a 3-wood off the 12th tee and 175 yards later, his Titleist found the bottom of the cup.
John Bell and Wedge Roguemore were there to witness Seela’s success.
Murguia, 46, from Lihue, muscled up with an 8-iron on the third hole, spanning 140 yards.
Larry Marugama, Bobby Smith and Gerald Castillo all saw Murguia’s once-in-a-lifetime shot.
