Orsatelli gets Puakea hole-in-one
Priscilla Orsatelli of ‘Ele‘ele used a No. 5 iron to ace the Puakea Golf Course 100-yard Hole No. 16, March 15.
Witnesses to this feat included Anthony Camara, Ian Imamura and Benjie Coma.
McGladrey qualifying dates announced
The Aloha PGA Section’s McGladrey qualifying tournaments for Hawai‘i were announced yesterday.
Teams that advance through local- and section-qualifying events will have the opportunity to participate in the national championship in October. A portion of the proceeds from all local and sectional events along with the national championship will support Special Olympics golf.
The Hawai‘i courses and dates are as followed: Princeville/Prince Course (Princeville, April 25), O‘ahu Country Club (Honolulu, June 13), Kahilli Course (Wailuku, June 20), Ka‘anapali Golf Resort (Lahaina, June 27), Turtle Bay Golf (Kahuhu, July 12) and Makalei Golf Club (Kailua-Kona, July 18).
