Eddie Payton of Jackson University was one of those coaches. He said he used to play football for nine years, but now coaches golf.
Mahalo to coach Basil Scott of Waimea High School for getting the track results to us so we didn’t have to wait in the rain. Between the collegiate cup and the track meet, there was sports all around.
Coach Bobby Kamakele is still shaking his head about how Kaulupono played Thursday. Coach Bobby was helping at track, Friday night.
