NAWILIWILI — Two Lihu‘e men were arrested for mutual assault Monday afternoon at Anchor Cove Shopping Center, a county news release states.
Brian Jaime, 27, and 45-year-old Jonn Benzon were taken to Police Cellblock, where they were booked and later released on $100 bail.
Police received a call at around 4:25 p.m. about a dozen people fighting behind Anchor Cove.
When officers arrived at the scene minutes later, they found Jaime and Benzon engaged in a physical fight in front of ABC Discount Store at Anchor Cove.
The officers separated the men and detained them for questioning.
Medics also responded, but it was determined that neither Jaime nor Benzon required further medical attention.
