Kahuna Valley Retreat is sponsoring Ayurvedic educational consultations for the month of January as a complement to the arrival of world-renowned author and lecturer Dr. Depak Chopra who will give the keynote address at the Inspiration Kaua‘i Wellness Expo on January 26. Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine from India.
Dr. Shivani and her husband Dr. Mahesh will offer three unique workshops and private healing sessions at the Kahuna Valley Retreat beginning Tuesday and running through Jan. 28. See insert.
There will be an introductory lecture that will give an overview on the healing system of Ayurveda Tuesday evening.
Shivani will also be one of the presenters at the January Expo, giving a one-hour lecture on Ayurvedic medicine.
