Allen Rundbaken died on Dec. 2, 2008 at Wilcox hospital at the age of 69.
Born on Nov. 21, 1939 in New York City, he was the owner of The Niihau Connection.
Preceeded in death be parents Leena and Victor Rundbaken.
Survived by wife Nancy Beckel; children Michelle and Victor Rundbaken of Wailua.
A celebration of his life will be held from 1 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2008 at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church in Lihu‘e. Aloha attire is suggested. In lieu of flowers please send any donations to the Humane Society.
Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kaua‘i Mortuary.

Eric Kawika Thompson died Nov. 22, 2009 at his home the age of 33.
Born on May 22, 1975 in Honolulu, he was an information technology manager.
Survived by parents Norman and Karen; fiancee Shelly Bone.
Memorial services will be held from 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2008 at Kapa‘a Missionary Church.

Eldon William Morris died on Dec. 2, 2008 in Waimea at the age of 86.
Born on March 16, 1922 in Springfield, Ohio, he was a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force.
Survived by wife Betty Lou (Poock) Morris; sons Phillip Lee (Jane) Baker of New Carilise, Ohio, Thomas Eldon (Jeanette) of Golden, Colo. and Timothy Earl Morris of Waipahu, Hawai‘i; daughters Phyllis Ann Meighen of Hanapepe, Hawai‘i and Lisa Jane Bailo of La Crescenta, Calif.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit with the family from 3 to 4 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2008 at the Hanapepe United Church of Christ.
Service at 4 p.m. and burial will take place on another date at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary.
