Patrick Donald Leleo Kinimaka died Nov. 12, 2008, in Turlock, Calif., at the age of 78.
Born Sept. 30, 1931, he was an auto mechanic for PG&E.
Preceeded in death by parents Theresa Hina Kinimaka and Percival Leleo Kinimaka; brother Adrian Kinimaka.
Survived by wife Piilani Ellis Kinimaka; children Donald, James, Lisa and John Kinimaka and four grandchildren.
Services will be held from 2 p.m. Nov. 22, at First Baptist Church, Newman, Calif., with a kanikapila reception to follow. Informal aloha wear is suggested.
Burial will be a cremation and ashes will be spread privately.

Mortuary arrangements were handled by Hillview Funeral Chapels.

Marcelo “Marcie” Oyamot died Oct 20, 2008, at Pali Momi Hospital at the age of 80.
Born Oct. 12, 1928 in Makaweli, Kaua‘i he was a retired heavy equipment operator.
Survived by brothers Dick Oyamot of Oahu, Lucky Oyamot of Kaua‘i; sister Gloria Oyamot of Kaua‘i; children Clifton (Editha) Oyamot Sr., Glenn (Yvonne) Oyamot Sr., Rochelle (Timothy) Yorong, Keith (Anna) Oyamot Sr., Donna Kehau (Chuckie) Maeha, Karen (Lance) Gurtiza, Alex Blanco, Tanya (Blaine) Guriza; 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and neices.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. at St. Philomena’s Catholic Church, Salt Lake, O‘ahu. Blessing of his ashes and service follow at 6 p.m.
No flowers. In lieu of flowers the family suggests giving blood donations in memory of the deceased through the Hawaii Blood Bank. Donor cards available at the church.
A celebration of life will begin at 11 a.m. at the Grove Room, Waimea Plantation Cottages on Nov. 22. Aloha attire is requested. A private scattering of his ashes will be done at K-1 beach.
