Pua Loke Street between Haleko Road and Kaumuali‘i Highway will be closed tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a Department of Water festival.
Only local traffic for businesses in the area will be allowed.
The road will be closed for the 5th annual Make a Splash Water Festival at the Pua Loke Arboretum for fifth-grade students from around the island.
The Department of Water will accept water bill payments throughout the day, but the water resources and planning division will not be processing water permits until after the event.
