Koloa School’s 130th anniversary celebration is from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. tomorrow. The school and its alumni will celebrate the history and legacy of Koloa School.
Past principals, teachers and alumni will be on hand to share memories through a video presentation created by retired teacher Arnold Meister.
A dinner of stew and rice will be served and there will be entertainment provided by Koloa School keiki, the school ‘ukulele band and talented alumni, Aldrine Guerrero, ukulele protégé of Jake Shimabukuro. Glenn Medeiros is another professional entertainer/educator who will perform.
Tickets are on sale at the school office: $10 for adults and $5 for children 5 to 10 years old.
