Doesn’t an ice cold lemonade sound great. The Kauai Women of Faith 9th Annual Women’s Conference will be hosting “From Lemons to Lemonade,” Sept. 14 and Sept. 15 at Kaua‘i Hilton Resort.
Judy Hampton will be the guest speaker. Hampton teaches that living under the pressure of life’s circumstances can steal away joy and turn the sweetest moments sour.
Hampton is a popular speaker who is best known for her entertaining speaking style. She is transparent, authentic, extremely humorous and biblically astute. Her humorous illustrations and powerful messages have audiences laughing out loud one minute and wiping a tear next.
The event will start on Friday at 5 p.m. with dinner, praise, hula and worship music led by Kaua‘i’s own Tammy Faffort and Malia Tokioka followed by Judy Hampton. Saturday will begin at 8 a.m. with Hampton, worship hula, lunch and a few suprises. Festivities will conclude at 2 p.m.
