Suzanne Messinger has been named Teacher of the Year at Kula Elementary School by the Rotary Club of Hanalei Bay. Voting was done by the teaching staff at Kula and Messinger was the unanimous choice of her peers. She was presented with a certificate and a cash prize and was treated to lunch at the Rotary meeting on May 17.
