The Westside Story Players invite the community to check out their production of “The Time Machine,” which will be performed at the Storybook Theater in Hanapepe.
Performance dates are April 13 and 14 at 7 p.m.
Tickets will be available at the door or from cast members before the show.
The play is about a group of kids who travel through time and learn about the impact music has had on our society in the past. Along the way, they encounter characters from the 30s 50s, 60s, and 70s with songs and dances demonstrated from each era.
This talented group of children performed their First Holiday Vaudeville play in December at the Kekaha Neighborhood Center where they attend Performing Arts classes and practice twice a week. The actors range in age from 5 to 12 years old.
Kathie Waldman is artistic director of the Westside Story Players.
