A series of free workshops on improving poor eyesight naturally will be offered this weekend in Kapa‘a and Princeville.
The Kapa‘a workshops will be held at Kapa‘a Neighborhood Center at 7 p.m. Friday, and 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday. The Princeville workshop will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Church of the Pacific.
The workshops will be presented by Kate Keilman, who says they are intended for people who are curious about what causes poor eyesight in the first place. Participants will hear information on the Bates Method of holistic eyesight improvement and hear stories, learn techniques and get answers to their questions.
To reserve a spot at one of the free workshops or to register for the classes, call Keilman on O‘ahu at 808-262-9708 or visit her Web site at www.keilman.org/eyeballs.htm.
