KALAHEO — They saved the best for last.
In the final game of a four-game slate of 12 and Under boys basketball at the Kalaheo Neighborhood Center, Duke Pauli, Keane Agoot and John Das combined for 76 points to lead Team Central to a 97-21 trampling of the Lihu‘e Cougars Saturday.
Pauli’s game-high 32 points was followed by Agoot’s 27 while Das contributed 17.
Kyle Napoleon and Grant Basquez led the Cougars with 10 and 7 points, respectively. Mikai Moranz and Devin Vegas each chipped in a pair.
In Game 1, Adam Clark netted 14 points and Donovan Harrison had 11 as Gee Unit rolled against the Lihu‘e Hammahs 50-32.
Kameron Perez and Kellen Aquino paced the Hammahs with 10 and 9 points, respectively, but it wasn’t nearly enough.
In Game 2, Lance Miyashiro repeated his Thursday performance with 16 points to pace Wailua to a 38-17 romp over the Kalaheo Heat.
Ryden Tacbian added 10 points in the win and Teston Brede finished with 9.
Kalawai‘a Judd led Kalaheo with 8 points, and Kyren Rapacon and Kainoa Simao each netted a pair.
Game 3 was yet another lop-sided affair as Brenden Tillet’s game-high 12 points led the Lihu‘e Lakers to an easy 37-16 win over Hanakila.
Isiah Costa Brun and Joynard Cusilit added 7 points each for the Lakers.
Mikala Belcher, Ries Wetsel and Gabe Diaz paced Hanakila with 4 points each.
The 12 Under boys league play on Thursdays and Saturdays.
