Members of the North Shore and Poalua Duplicate Bridge Clubs meet every Thursday at Sun Village behind Wilcox Memorial Hospital in Lihu‘e at 9 a.m. This is the oldest bridge club on the island and visitors are always welcome to play. Several teams from the Sunrise Club participated in the North American Bridge Championships held in Honolulu this past week. Teams winning master points included: Lenda Helser and Ilse Rothschild, Gail and Rob Van Ekeren, and Judy and Robert Smith.
