In observance of Election Day, county of Kaua‘i offices will be closed today except for the Elections Office. In addition, all refuse transfer stations will be closed.
Residential refuse pick-up will continue as scheduled. Normal hours of operation will also be maintained at the Kekaha Landfill and Puhi Metals Recycling Center.
The Kaua‘i Bus will be operating on its Saturday/holiday schedule tomorrow. Stops and pickups can be made at or near all polling places if prior arrangements are made.
Normal business hours for county offices will resume on Wednesday, Nov. 8.
