Jackie Pharaoh
Jackie Pharaoh died Sept. 1, 2006, on Kaua‘i at the age of 64.
Born Oct. 1, 1941, he served the community in various ways including Malama Pono. He is survived by many friends.
Peter Neizmen
Peter Adam Kala‘iolele Neizmen of Volcano, HI, and Kapa‘a, died Sept. 4, 2006, in Hilo Medical Center at the age of 77.
Born in Lahaina, he was a retired truck driver for Pioneer Mill in Lahaina and Meadow Gold Dairies. He was also an Army veteran who served in World War II.
He is survived by sons Peter Kalai (Erin), Barry (Janis) Kasa, Brian Kanani, Glen (Kathy) and Darren, all of Volcano; daughters Cheryl (Darryl) Gonzales of Kapa‘a, Diane and Gina Marie “Haunani” of Hilo; brothers Gilbert, James, Danny, Edward and Randall, all of Lahaina; sisters Roselani D’Arcy, Manu Rickard, Puanani Felicilda and Emily Michel, all of Lahaina; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Lillian G. Nunes Costa
Lillian G. Nunes Costa of Koloa died Sept. 30, 2006, at her home in Koloa at the age of 78.
Born Oct. 22, 1927, in Waimea, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her son Jerry (Sandi) Costa of Koloa; daughters Lucille (Donald) Schuler of St. Louis, Mo., Rose (Albert) Correia of Koloa, Alesia (Gregory) Correa of Hilo, Debbie (Alejandro) Quiterio of the Mainland, Cheryl Mae Costa of Koloa; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 10 at St. Raphael’s Church in Koloa, with cremation to follow.
Casual attire is suggested. Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kauai Mortuary.
Ignacio Del Real
Ignacio “Nacho” Del Real died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Sept. 21, 2006 at the age of 53. He was born on June 3, 1953, in Zacatecas, Mexico and he retired from San Diego Gas & Electric Company as a meter reader and was working here on Kaua‘i with Alamo Rent-a-Car.
He is survived by his son Ignacio Arjuna Del Real of Escondido, Calif.; daughter Priscilla Medina Del Real of Hemet, Calif.; brother Robert Del Real of Escondido, Calif.; four grandchildren, all of Hemet, Calif.
Services will be held at a later date in California.
Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
