Tickets to the Dream Football Weekend will be available at the Kaua‘i High School side of Vidinha Stadium during the Friday night KIF football game between Kapa‘a and Kaua‘i High School.
The giveaway will have a lucky winner getting two round-trip tickets from Kaua‘i to San Diego, California aboard Hawaiian Airlines, three night accomodations at Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, two tickets to the Dec. 10 Denver Broncos vs. San Diego Chargers game in San Diego, and a pre-game field and press box tour hosted by Rolf Benischke, former placekicker and Chargers Hall of Fame inductee. Transportation to and from the game will be via VIP Limousine transfer.
This prize will be given away for a $10 donation at a drawing during halftime of the Kaua‘i High School homecoming game Oct. 27.
Proceeds from the fund-raiser go to the Kaua‘i High School Football Boosters with a portion going to the Boys & Girls Club, Kaua‘i Chapter.
In addition to the ticket table at the KIF football games, people can stop by JJ’s Broiler, Joe’s on the Green at the Kiahuna Golf Course, Deja Vu in the Kukui Grove Shopping Center or Kaua‘i Toyota, or ask any of the Kaua‘i High School football players.
Shelly Gerardo, one of the event coordinators, said the Boys & Girls Club were excited to learn of the funding they will receive for this “awesome football package.”
