Hazel Kealoha Arzadon of Koloa died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Sept. 13, 2006, at the age of 70.
She was born on March 6, 1936, in Koloa and retired as a senior clerk with the Kauai Police Department.
She is survived by her husband Tony Arzadon; son, Darryl (Erin) Okamura; daughter, Faith (Rocky) Pau; stepsons, Bobby Arzadon, Earl (Jodi) Arzadon; stepdaughters, Katherine Beiker, Kimberley (Lane) Wood; mother, Mildred H. Puni; sister, Ellen Cabacungan; brother, Ernest K. (Mae) Puni; 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 23, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Kalaheo Ward at 2-2354A Kaumualii Hwy. Private visitation will be at 8 a.m. and public visitation at 10 a.m. Service will begin at 11 a.m. Private burial to follow.
Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
