Sanoe becomes anniversary ‘it’ girl

A swimsuit-clad Sanoe Lake graces the cover of yet another anniversary issue of a pop culture magazine.
Earlier in the year, she was the cover girl for SMART magazine’s anniversary issue.
Foam, a girl’s magazine with fashion, sports and beauty features, has pictures of Lake all over it. Not only is she the cover girl, she’s in Billabong and Arnette ads — fitting because they are her sponsors. The only sponsor absent from the issue is the shoe company Gravis.
In the magazine, Lake talks about the three movies she filmed this year, Hollywood’s take on women’s surfing and her summer wedding to Michael Eaton at the Waimea Plantation Cottages.
“He’s tall, handsome and a whole lotta man,” she said in the magazine. “Best of all, he’s got a lot of love to give.”
Lake currently resides in California working on her career as an actress.
Also in the magazine is “Foam’s Fabulous Fifteen,” in which Foam spotlights the hottest female surfers in the sport today.
Three Kaua‘i girls made the cut: Bethany Hamilton, Keala Kennelly and Rochelle Ballard.
Skip towards the end of the issue and there’s a collage of surfing tournament pictures from Waikiki, Tahiti and Fiji. Look for a candid shot of Kennelly and Ballard.
The current issue of Foam should stay on newsstands till the end of the month.
