In observance of Labor Day, County of Kaua‘i offices will be closed on Monday, along with all refuse transfer stations, the Kekaha Landfill, Lihu‘e bottle redemption center, and Puhi Metals Recycling Center.
Residential refuse pick-up will continue as scheduled.
The Kaua‘i Bus will be operating on a reduced schedule on Labor Day as well as on all other county holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
Normal business hours for county offices and services will resume on Tuesday, states a county release.
