KEKAHA — The state Department of Land and Natural Resources announced yesterday that enforcement officers will be conducting live fire range exercises between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, at the Kekaha National Guard Firing Range at Mana.
KEKAHA — The state Department of Land and Natural Resources announced yesterday that enforcement officers will be conducting live fire range exercises between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, at the Kekaha National Guard Firing Range at Mana.
“The exercises are conducted as part of our normal enforcement staff training,” DLNR chairman Peter Young said in the release.
The DLNR is asking the public to refrain from entering the range area during the hours of the exercise.
Orange cones will be posted parallel to both sides of the range and a red flag will be raised from the highest point on the range.
