According to a press release the Qi Center Kauai invites anyone to attend the Qi Cooking Class for Healthy Hearts. This is a chance to learn about natural foods with demonstrations of easy recipes for delicious meals and tasty snacks with the ancient Chinese knowledge of healing foods states the release. Samples will be served.
Grandmaster Hong has researched specific natural foods and recipes that will help to balance heart energy.
