On March 26 at Hanapepe Stadium, numerous Kaua’i fighters will get a taste of what fighting in the outdoors is like, with the match breaking ground by being the first-ever outdoor MMA event on the island.
In the meantime, the first-ever women’s MMA contest on Kaua’i features Kapa’a’s A.J. Jenkins duking it out against Arizona’s Mystee Blackwood.
Eben Kaneshiro highlights the Kaua’i contingent, who will wage war against former Kalaheo resident Gabe Legacy, who’s now a fight promoter in Las Vegas and promises to bring the best of the desert to the Garden Isle.
