Some of the best fighters from around the island and beyond will take center stage at the Kaua‘i Open Martial Arts Championships .
The event is in its 8th year and will be a great way to witness fighters both young and old .
Tickets are $5 each for general admission. The Kaua‘i Open takes place at the Kilauea Neigh- Neighborhood Center on Saturday, December 10 .
“It’s going to be a great event and everyone should come and check it out,” event director Pete Gallardo said .

The championships begin at 9 a.m. and all styles are welcomed to participate .
“Last year’s event was a huge success and this year’s should be even better,” Gallardo said .
