Kikue Tamashiro of ‘Ele’ele, died at home on Oct. 18, 2005, at the age of 84.
Born in Wahiawa, on Nov. 4, 1920, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Shigetada; two sons, Roy (Genevieve) Tamashiro of ‘Ele’ele and Wayne Tamashiro; two daughters, Lynn Reynolds of Coos Bay, Ore. and Gail (Jeffrey) Smith of ‘Ele’ele; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Services were private.

Sumiyo Munechika
Sumiyo “Sue” Munechika of Waimea, died at Kauai Care Center on Oct. 17, 2005, at the age of 79.
Born in Honolulu, O’ahu on May 2, 1926, she was a sales clerk with Kitamura Fish Market.
She is survived by her husband, Hisao; son, Ken (Cynthia) Munechika of Honolulu; daughter, Karen (Allen) Hatley of Spokane, Wash.; and two grandchildren. Services were private.
