WAIMEA — The Waimea Swimming Pool is now open, and the West Kaua’i Lions Club is currently accepting applications for participants to the 31st Annual Ed Ho Memorial Swim Meet.
That meet was originally scheduled for Aug. 13, but had to be rescheduled.
The 31st Ed Ho Memorial Swim Meet will now be held on Dec. 10 at the Waimea Swimming Pool.
Youth 17 years and under are eligible to participate in this event with registration to be postmarked no later than Nov. 30.
Warm up on tournament day starts at 8 a.m. with the first event scheduled to begin at 9 a.m., and the West Kaua’i Lions Club is coordinating this annual memorial meet with the assistance of the Mokihana Swim Club.
