Renown watercolor artist Jane Hofstetter leads a four-day painting workshop on the North Shore, beginning today, Monday, Oct. 3
The Retreat at Hale Luana is the site. The workshop continues Tuesday, Oct. 4, and Thursday and Friday, Oct. 6 and 7.
Hofstetter is the author of “The 7 Keys to Great Paintings,” and is an award-winning artist and workshop teacher who has been teaching here and overseas for over 25 years, according to North Shore resident Elizabeth Ferris.
She studied art at the University of California at Berkeley, and at the Chouinard Art Institute in Los Angeles.
