WAIPOULI — Over 150 motorcycle enthusiasts scoured Kaua‘i’s highways as part of the Two Wheels 25th Anniversary celebration, Saturday.
The bikers were taking part in a special Street Bike Poker Run coordinated by Kaua‘i Off Road Riders with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the YWCA Alternative to Violence program.
In addition to the special event, Two Wheels hosted representatives from the Kaua‘i Community Federal Credit Union who provided special financing rates for shoppers who wanted to take advantage of special sale prices for the event.
Special 80’s prices were in effect for many motorcycle accessories, and five lucky people were given a chance to purchase a 2005 model motorcycle at 1980’s prices.
Entertainment was provided by Rock Candy with George and Joshua Huddy, Kelly Ito, Pat Balbarino, and Larry Manuel supervising the food preparations.
