- According to the Multiple Listings Service, there is one single-family residence on Kaua‘i listed for under $400,000. The house is in Kalaheo and is for sale for $350,000. It has been on the market for 271 days.
Conversely, according to information provided by Realtor Barbara Sloan of Coldwell Banker Bali Hai Realty, Inc., currently there are 90 residential properties for sale listed as active over $2 million. Forty-eight of those are on the North Shore. There are 10 of these under contract of which 7 are on the North Shore.
