By The Garden Island
It’s another exciting season for the Kaua‘i All-Girls Rodeo Association. The action starts on Sunday, Jan. 30 at CJM Country Stables (about a mile past the Hyatt down Po‘ipu Road) at 10 a.m.
Admission is free, as the island’s cowgirls will compete in fast-paced rodeo events, including barrel racing, pole bending, steer undecorating, team roping, goat tying, and break-a-way roping. There’ll be a lunch wagon and a shaved ice stand for refreshments. Everyone is invited to witness Kaua‘i’s best rodeo performers.
