Federal funds are available - The Garden Island

Farmers, ranchers and private landowners are invited to the Waimea High School cafeteria tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec. 14 at 5 p.m., and Friday, Dec. 17 at 5 p.m. at the Kapa‘a Middle School, to learn about funding opportunities through the U.S.

Lex Riggle, district conservationist for the Lihu‘e field office, will be giving a presentation and answering questions about USDA Farm Bill Programs, at each location.
