At the plate, Pahio was led by “Spending time in the” Jon Kahaunaele (2 singles), Rich “Two first names” Brian (3 singles), Destry “Vote for my wife, Sheri” Carvalho (2 singles, 2 RBI’s), Harry Best “Foods Mayonnaise” (1single, 1 triple, 3 RBI’s), Mike “And Ike” Ashenbrenner (1 single, 1 triple, 1 RBI), Willie “Nilly” Nuivo (2 singles, 1 RBI), and Lambert “Lilikoi” Alapai (3 singles).
Best slammed home the winning run with a triple. Glenn “State High School” Rodero had 2 singles and 1 RBI and Jimmy Lopez “Dispenser” hit a single and an RBI for Ikaika.
Da Bruddah’s took the salt taste out of Hamura’s with a 7-2 win. Todd Young “And the Restless” picked up the win, with Thomas “No Mas” Kim getting the defeat.
At the plate, Da Bruddah’s were paced by Didi “Six pack of” Ibia (2 singles, 2 RBI’s), Sam “Shoot more than one” Dias (4 singles, 2 RBI’s), Derek “Portagee” Rapozo (2 singles), Bobby’s “World” Texeira (2 singles, 1 RBI), Hank “Da Hunk” Ibia (2 singles, 1 RBI), Joe “Don’t be” Arruda (2 singles), Guy “He-man” Higa (2 singles, 1 RBI). “He-man” also drove in the winning run. Thomas Kim “Chee” helped himself out with 2 singles and Rolando “Turkey Neck” Augustin also notched 2 singles for Hamura’s.
