Solomon Kalapawai Mahoe, Jr.
Solomon Kalapawai Mahoe, Jr. of Kailua and formerly of Kekaha, died Sept. 25, 2004, at the age of 90.
Born Dec. 3, 1913, in Kailua, O‘ahu, he was a retired Public Works road foreman for City & County of Honolulu with over 25 years of service.
He is survived by daughters: Mele U. Spencer of Hilo, Hawai‘i; Nani Mahoe; Angela Mahoe-Yamamoto of Kapa‘a; four grandchildren Summer Mahoe of Los Angeles, Makamae, Kaimana and Kalapawai, and brother: Lester Jury. Services will be private.
