Josephine Salba of Kapa‘a, died Sept. 9, 2004, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 74.
Born Feb. 22, 1930, in Hanalei, she was a waitress for Pizza Hut.
She is survived by three sons: Francisco Manuel Jr. of Kapa‘a; Selso (Christie) Manuel of Wailua and Mateo Samson of Kapa‘a; two daughters: Cemona Manuel of Hilo and Pearl (Raymond) Awana of Kaneohe; one step daughter: Peggy Salba-Honnet of Lihu‘e; 14 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Services will be held in March. Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kauai Mortuary.
