JCPenney leaders continue providing catalog service in Hawai‘i through the JCPenney Catalog Service Centers located at selected Ben Franklin Craft stores.
Operated by BFS, Inc. the catalog service center will offer convenient shop-at-home and online catalog ordering services.
Customers’ orders may be picked up at the service center or delivered directly to homes, offices or anywhere in the United States.
“JCPenney is pleased to continue offering catalog services to our loyal Hawaiian customers,” said Roy Hubner, JCPenney catalog sales merchant coordinator.
“The JCPenney Catalog Service Centers will provide the same customer services provided by the catalog desks in our department stores, ranging from processing of credit-card payments to the sale of gift cards.” Copies of the Fall and Winter Big Book are available at all JCPenney Catalog desk locations in Hawai‘i.
JCPenney specialty catalogs offering clothing for women’s plus sizes, big and tall men, baby items, home fashions and accessories and more are also available at the center.
The JCPenney Catalog Service Center will be open Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Ben Franklin Crafts in Lihu‘e, as well as at stores in Mapunapuna and Enchanted Lake on O‘ahu, Hilo on the Big Island, and Queen Ka‘ahumanu Center on Maui.
