Born in Waimea on Oct. 28, 1906, he was a salesman with American Factors.
Preceded in death by brother, Hideo “Pop” Yaguchi and sister, Hazel Kimiko Takenaka, he is survived by his wife, Sally Sukehira Yaguchi; two sons, Lester T. (Svetlana) Yaguchi of Renton, Wash., and Ralph R. (Jeanette) Yaguchi of La Palma, Calif.; daughter, Naomi (Michael) Burkart of San Francisco, Calif.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Natsumi Shimonishi of Hanapepe; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service officiated by Rev. Hojo Tone will begin at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 23, at Waimea Hongwanji Mission. Casual attire is suggested.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary.
