County and state offices are closed, but federal offices will be open. County transfer stations are closed, but the Kekaha Landfill is open, as well as Puhi Metals Recycling Center, and Island Recycling.
There will be regular Friday garbage pick-up, but no Kaua‘i Bus service.
Schools and libraries are closed, but post offices are open. Banks are open, but many credit unions are closed.
