Last year, everyone was talking about Kathy Richardson’s hole in one. She was so very close to winning that shiny new set of clubs. Unfortunately, she used a mulligan—a second try on the designated par 3. It was technically her second drive which disqualified her from actually winning the prize…but, to her amazement, the golf ball made a direct bee line and landed squarely in the cup. “I was so jazzed about actually making a hole in one.” Richardson added, “The excitement of making shot on the designated hole, was almost as good as winning the prize itself.
On Sunday, April 4, 2004 Kathy will be joined by others hoping to win a prize at the tournament designed to benefit YWCA programs. Central Pacific Bank is the title sponsor and Vision Properties and King Auto Center are also participating sponsors. Sharron Weber of Tire Warehouse is chair of the tournament.
