Federal offices are open and mail is to be delivered as usual.
The holiday is being celebrated tomorrow with the annual Order of Kamehameha ceremony at Prince Kuhio Park at Ho‘ai Bay along Lawai Beach Road outsideof Koloa town.
The holiday marks the birth of the ali‘i Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalaniana‘ole who war born at Ho‘ai Bay and later became a member of the royal family of the Hawaiian Kingdom in Honolulu.
